Accenture Dumps Tiger Woods

Yeah? So?

Accenture is no longer worth considering for Management Consulting engagements because it no longer has a guy who can knock a ball into a hole in the ground singing its praises?

What???

Why did Accenture (management consulting) ever hire Tiger in the first place?
Because he could knock a ball into a hole?
Because people thought he was a good “family man”?

In neither case do I see the logic where either quality serves as a logical endorsement for Accenture. And there must be a fair number of good family men out there (although not necessarily great golfers).

Or is it that strange alchemy whereby a good golfer and a good family man – if found in the same individual – somehow becomes someone you would trust to recommend a management consulting company??

Or, let’s be blunt, what retard would actually select a management consulting firm on the basis of whether it is or is not recommended by Tiger Woods?

The only thing Tiger Woods is competent to endorse based on his actual achievements is golf equipment. And perhaps hookers, if the last story about the madam who has come forward to say that Tiger used to order them a dozen at a time, is true.

Maybe that’s how he really got the nickname Tiger?
